Putting on a musical involves bringing together many different facets and although we have many generous volunteers there are still many unavoidable costs. With your help we will be able to put resources into the following areas…

Hiring of Lighting and Sound Equipment

Costume Hire

Rehearsal Space - For the rehearsals of the show we have to hire a small venue for rehearsals. Some venues are willing to give us a discount however we are still looking at a fairly large amount of money as we will need to hire it 2 nights a week for up to 3 months.

Orchestra

Performance Venue Hire

Advertising and Marketing - To raise the awareness of what we are doing and to generate more funds we can donate to our supported charities.

The Rights to the show and Score/Script Hire - With every Musical there are rights ownership fees that need to be paid and we must hire the score and the script.

Insurance for volunteers and audience.

Of course, there will be many other incidentals along the way such as printing of programs, flyers, tickets and posters, materials to construct our set with, props e.t.c.
